Villa Santa Lucia is a wonderful holiday paradise for families with children or a group of adult friends. In addition, with its spacious parking facilities, it offers the perfect conditions for organising festive events such as weddings and family celebrations. The historic 18th century property is an exceptional jewel of the island and is located in the centre of the wine-growing area near Binissalem.

Several buildings are decoratively scattered around the park-like grounds surrounding the house. These include a painting studio, hacienda-style stables, riding arenas, garages and an enchanting little church, which is charmingly surrounded by the extensive garden. Various sun terraces and other covered areas invite you to linger and underline the charming character of this exceptional holiday residence. The typical Mallorcan property covers almost four hectares of land and is surrounded by almond plantations as well as orange, lemon, fig and olive trees. The extensive park with a wide variety of Mediterranean plants and flowers and the manicured lawns exude an impressive charm. Palm trees, cypresses, bougainvilleas, oleanders, hibiscus and roses surround the residence and harmonise with each other to create a dreamlike ambience. Another highlight in the outdoor area is the pool. Sun loungers and parasols provide everything you need to relax in the sun. You can also relax tastefully in the shade of the cosy terrace. First-class lounge furniture guarantees first-class relaxation on the terrace. You can enjoy your evening meal al fresco at the various chairs and tables. The floodlit tennis court and riding arena are accessible via a road that leads past a duck pond lined with oleanders and palm trees. As well as ducks, you may also come across a peacock here. The little ones can have fun in the large playground. A gardener discreetly tends the pool and garden every day.

The lavish residence is an impressive combination of old walls, a modern and partly purist interior and modern technology and extends over around 600 m². Grandparents who may be accompanying you, but also anyone else seeking peace and quiet, will feel right at home here and have the opportunity to retreat to their own private space if they wish. On the ground floor there is a spacious entrance area and two large lounges with a total of three open fireplaces. This gives you wonderful space to relax and unwind and find your own personal favourite spot. The flat-screen TV with satellite connection and WLAN offers you the opportunity to enjoy a film or surf the Internet. Genuine original artwork adorns every room and wall, giving all living areas a unique and luxurious flair. In the elegant dining room, you can enjoy a tasteful indoor meal together in a convivial atmosphere. The superbly equipped kitchen offers another smaller dining option; here you will find everything you need for everyday use, including a Miele coffee machine, a Nespresso coffee machine and a kettle, all in a stylish design. A study with a fireplace provides an inspiring setting for thinkers and creative minds. The house is south-facing. To the north-west, you can enjoy the idyllic view over the mountain range.

Binissalem (approx. 2 km) has been characterised by wine-growing since ancient times. After the grape harvest, the town organises its famous wine festival. Wine events take place every day for a fortnight. The pretty facades of the village houses make for a picturesque scene and you can spend the evenings in the lively bodegas. Villa Santa Lucia also offers other excursion destinations within easy reach. After an eventful day, return to your relaxing holiday villa and spend the evening as you wish. Perhaps with a culinary barbecue, where you can enjoy freshly prepared regional delicacies in a convivial atmosphere. The historic luxury villa Santa Lucia is secluded in the middle of an enchanting park. This holiday residence offers unrivalled views of the Tramuntana mountains. Binissalem is best known for its wine production. The capital Palma and the beaches of Alcúdia and Pollença are around 15 minutes away by car.
