In 2015, the owners transformed a centuries-old farm surrounded by almond and fig trees into five modern flats, each with its own terrace. Guests can gather comfortably by the pool or share a barbecue to create a warm communal atmosphere while enjoying plenty of privacy amidst the picturesque countryside.

The 30 m² studio flat "Can Porreti El Colomer" creates a cosy ambience with white walls, natural stone and Spanish tiles. It has a double bed, a bathroom with shower, a kitchenette and a cosy seating area. Air conditioning, WLAN and a flat-screen TV make your stay even more cosy. A lovely common room with a wood-burning stove invites you to socialise, and breakfast is included.
The other units on the property are El Galliner EMF643, La Figuera EMF642, La Soll EMF640 and La Conillera EMF639. Enjoy a communal breakfast or evening barbecues by the pool, while the extensive grounds provide plenty of privacy.
"Can Porreti El Colomer" is situated in a rural and quiet location in the centre of the island between Lloret de Vistalegre, Costitx and Sineu and only approx. 28 km from several dream beaches. The property, which is over 100 years old, has been remodelled to a high standard in keeping with local tradition and the surrounding area. The Ma-3011 motorway takes you to the medieval town of Sineu in just a few minutes, where you can shop and stroll around. For more extensive shopping trips, the town of Inca is recommended for its wines and leather goods.
