Moving upstairs, the first floor provides a view of the surrounding fields and the remaining bedrooms, one of which is air-conditioned.
Head outside to find a covered terrace, a terrace with barbecue and garden furniture, and a private heated pool (12 m x 5 m). There's also a shower, washbasin, and WC in the outdoor area.
The house is situated in a quiet area, bakery at 500 m and other convenience stores at about 1 km. Caphan is an area North from Saint Martin de Crau, at the road to Maussane les Alpilles (5 km). Market on Friday.
