Private studio with reserved parking for two

This ground floor unit is part of a two family town house with private entrance at the back of the house.My place is located in Jackson Heights 15 mins away from La Guardia airport and 8 mins walking distance from major subway & bus stop in a residential area,away from the hustle bustle of the commercial area but close enough to all the 24 hour grocery , pharmacy and public transportations.

We have a renovated,full furnished brick unit with separate entry from the back and a reserved parking spot at the door of the unit.
This private cozy studio unit is approximately 20 m2 in size and comprises of sleeping area, reading area, dinning space, kitchenette, a full bathroom and a full mirrored wardrobe.
The kitchenette of the studio has all necessary utensils, cookware,dinnerware, a small fridge, electric stove,rice cooker to make your own food and enjoy. There is an island table with two stool to dine in.
The room has a full bathroom with glass enclosed shower stall with shampoo, body wash and other necessities. There is a closet with hairdryer,iron, iron mat and weighing scale for our guests. There is a 32" Smart tv at the foot of the double bed that has free Netflix, Pandora, YouTube etc. There is a ladder bookshelf with books and a chair for relaxing and reading.The double bed in the bedroom section is 1.8 m wide which is good for two person to sleep.
There is a window AC in this room for summer time. For winter days we provide space heater for the room.
My place is good for couples and single travelers with car.

The house was built in a sloppy area, hence the front of the house is in a higher position than the back. As the unit is at the back of the house, it can be accessed via going down the driveway which is located four house from the front of the house beside a apartment building. The unit has a reserved parking space right in front of the unit door.

Please note that this accommodation is a guest room.
There is no stairs ,so the unit is easier to access. Free high speed WiFi is available through out the unit which enables our guests to work from home as well. Router is in the unit.
There is a bowling alley and pool table and bar with in .2 mile from the unit. Laundromat , pharmacy, grocery is .2 miles away from the unit. It is very close to all the urban facilities a guest can look for.

We are in a very upbeat and family friendly neighborhood . Its all language,all nation neighborhood with wide range of options for food,drinks, shopping,festivity and entertainment.. no need to fly to the end of the world to visit the country of your intrigue and meet the people..just visit Jackson Heights and you will see them here.
