A magnificent 32m2 refreshing pool forms the centrepiece of the property. There is also an outdoor jacuzzi at your disposal. The location only adds to the value of the villa as it is close to the sea. The terrace, complete with dining table and barbecue, is accessible from the inner living area and is an ideal place to spend time with family or friends. The stylishly furnished ground floor has a spacious living room with dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a bedroom here. There are three further charming bedrooms on the upper floor. Each of the stylish bedrooms has its own modern bathroom, air conditioning and TV. In the basement there is a sauna, another bathroom, a small kitchen and a games room with PlayStation 5.Villa Omega is located close to the sea on the island of Rab. It belongs to the Kvarner Bay and can be reached by ferry from Stinica harbour on the mainland in just 15 minutes. The island is also known as the "emerald island" as it is one of the most wooded and greenest islands in the Adriatic. On more than 100 kilometres of hiking and cycling trails, you can discover its diverse flora and fauna while enjoying the view. In terms of gastronomy, Rab will definitely fulfil your wishes. Fresh fish and seafood are the most important foods for the locals. You must try the speciality "Rapska torta" - a special cake. On the island you will find countless picturesque bays and more than 20 sandy beaches that are rather untypical for Croatia. These are particularly popular with families with children.
