Private: well-kept garden 400 m2 (fenced), lawn for sunbathing. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: sauna. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Grocery 10 km, bus stop 1 km, railway station 15 km, outdoor swimming pool 14 km. Golf course 12 km, tennis 15 km, walking paths from the house 20 m, skisport facilities 25 km, slopes 25 km. Nearby attractions: Schloss Wolfsberg 13 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Koralpe 25 km, Klippitztörl 34 km, Weinebene 37 km. Hiking paths: Saualpe, Koralpe. Please note: animals in the neighbourhood. Beautiful sauna house for single use in the garden! The wood heating is a pellet heating system.

Deck chairs (3), box-room. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: baby cot. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

    “Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Haus in toller, ruhiger Lage. Wir haben die Zeit nach den Feiertagen und zwischen den Jahren zum Entspannen und Wandern genutzt. Das Wetter war traumhaft und für unsere Hunde war es super schön. Das Haus hat einen eingezäunten Garten wo sie sicher spielen und toben konnten. Die Wanderwege sind toll und bis ins nächste Skigebiet sind es ca. 30 Min. Autofahrt. Oberhalb des Hauses ist ein Bauernhof in Form eines Gasthauses/Pension wo wir zwei Mal essen waren. Super Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis und mega nette Bewirtung.
    Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder”

    “Alles was man benötigt findet man in diesem tollen Ferienhaus. 3 Schlafzimmer (2 Zweier, 1 Single). Gut ausgestattete Küche (Herd mit Cerankochfeld, Backofen, Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine). Töpfe, Pfannen, Besteck etc. vorhanden. Großes Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, TV mit Satellit. Balkon.
    Großer Garten (umzäunt, daher perfekt für Hunde) mit Terrasse. Parkplatz (2 Autos) direkt am Haus”
