The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet and sunny location at the water. Šilo. The holiday apartement is located on a 200 sqm water plot with bushes and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Luxurious apartments with panoramic sea views are located in a complex of two buildings in a quiet environment. Modernly equipped, with two air conditioners and two televisions in the living room and bedroom, Wi-Fi, use of the washing machine in the laundry room. There are 11 apartments in total (7x one-bedroom, 2x two-bedroom, 2x studio apartments for two people). In the complex there is a large swimming pool with sea water of 40 m2 for common use. In front of the seafront building, guests can rest in the shade of a pine forest, equipped with sun loungers and garden furniture.There is also a large pebble beach in the immediate vicinity and a nearby restaurant across the street. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 15 cars) on the property. The complex has private parking.
