Villa Papa is an impressive 6-bedroom 236m2 farmhouse full of character and charm, set in a plot of 9.032m2 with a large private pool and beautiful mountain backdrop, ideally positioned only a few minutes drive from Cala San Vicente.
The main entrance is at the front of the house and leads into the 2 lounge areas, both with comfy sofas and one complete with a SAT TV. The archway leads into the spacious dining room which in turn leads into the kitchen equipped with all the necessary electrical appliances. The BBQ area and pool terrace can be accessed directly room the kitchen. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. There is also an external utility room and WC.The remaining bedrooms are all on the first floor. There is a second double bedroom and 4 twin bedrooms, as well as 3 shared bathrooms (the twin beds in the bedrooms can be turned into double beds on request) There is also a small terrace accessible from the first-floor hallway, which has wonderful mountain views.Air conditioning/heating at no extra cost, on a timed clock from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00 is provided and also wifi.The property is under going a restoration at this moment, the current photos are from 2022. Once the refurbishing has been finished which includes, enlargement of the pool side terrace, new interior floor tiling and bathrooms renovations etc new photos will be published.The villa will then have: 6 bedrooms (2 doubles + 4 twin)5 bathrooms of which 4 will be en-suite1 exterior W.C
The exterior covered terrace has been used to its full advantage, with an outdoor table for 12 people, ideal for dining alfresco and most practical since as it has easy access to the kitchen. To one side there is a table tennis and to the other a billiards table. Just around the corner we find the covered built-in BBQ ideal for those who wish to grill. There is also a small wicker table and arm chairs, chill out area overlooking the pool, those who prefer a more peaceful atmosphere can come here to relax after dinner.The rectangular pool of 10 x 6m has corner roman steps for easy access. On the paved area around the pool there are ample sun loungers and parasols. A comfortable Balinese bed and exterior sofas are also available.The driveway is gated and there is plenty of space for your hire cars on the private parking forecourt.
