Nestled in the peaceful countryside of Finestrat, within 11 kilometres of the nearest beach resort (La Cala de Finestrat), this attractive villa enjoys wonderful rural surroundings and dramatic mountain scenery.

Set in spacious grounds, the villa offers a private pool as well as plenty of sunny and shady spots to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean climate. A built-in barbecue area is perfect for alfresco dining in this peaceful location and there is also comfortable wicker seating on the terrace under the convenient shade of a pergola.
Inside there is a further dining area, conveniently open plan to the full kitchen. The bedrooms (two of which have the convenience of ensuite bathrooms) are spread over two floors; all with air conditioning to keep you cool on those warm Spanish nights. And the upstairs lounge opens out onto a spacious balcony from which you can enjoy spectacular views of the surrounding countryside.

Both Altea and Benidorm, with their many attractions and beautiful beaches, are within a short drive. This property provides an ideal base for those wishing to be close to some of Costa Blanca's main attractions whilst enjoying a tranquil setting.

The balustrades at the property are ornately designed, resulting in larger gaps in some areas. Please supervise children around these areas and take extra care.
