Casa Luisa, a detached house with a large garden (800 square meters), is a great jewel with a fantastic view of Lake Maggiore. It offers absolute rhythm and spacious rooms. The location of the house is great. Renovated in 2019 Upper floor: large dining room with panoramic window, large living room with satellite TV (no Swiss channels), exit to sun terrace (50 sqm), 1 bedroom with double bed. Lower floor: 1 room with 2 beds.Exit to the garden. The large kitchen is furnished to an elevator standard with dishwasher, oven, large refrigerator, 4 ceramic hobs, coffee machine (Nespresso), microwave.
