Our family-run house is situated in a central, quiet location with unforgettable views of the mountains in and around Ellmau.
Whether summer or winter, our house is the ideal starting point for all leisure and holiday activities!
27-hole golf course, playground, riding stable, tennis court, ski schools, lifts and cross-country skiing trails in the immediate vicinity.

To relax, we offer you a flowering garden with swimming pond, sunny lawn and rustic garden house.

    “Positiv: Die Ferienwohnung liegt direkt im Zentrum von Ellmau,aber dennoch sehr ruhig, mit direktem Bick zum wilden Kaiser im 2. OG. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Garten mit Schwimmteich den man mitbenützen kann ist eine Ruheoase zum erholen. Also ein rundum schönes Ambiente, das man nur weiterempfehlen kann. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich. Es war ein gelungener Kurzurlaub den wir sicher wiederholen werden. Negativ: Negatives gibt es nichts zu berichten. Freizeit: Wir waren zum Wandern in Ellmau es gibt unendlich viele Möglichkeiten.
    Mit der Bergbahnkarte die zu empfehlen ist, gelangt man auf viele Gipfel mit einer tollen Aussicht. Ansonsten bietet der Ort Theaterabende, Bauernmarkt mit Bewirtung, vielen Anbietern und vieles mehr.”

    “Positiv: Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal. Keine 2 Minuten und man ist im Ortskern. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Die Ausstattung der Küche, des Wohnraumes und dem Bad sind sehr gut. Die Betten waren angenehm.
    Auch der Pool ist bemerkenswert schön. Wir hatten das Wetter um diesen tollen Platz zu genießen. Freizeit: Diese Gegend ist für jung bis alt sehr schön. Für die Kinder ist der Salvenmoos (von Söll aus zu erreichen), sowie Elmi‘s Zauberland eine Attraktion. Alles auch mit Lift erreichbar. Die Wege sind gut beschildert. Kufstein bietet eine sehr interessante Festung. Es gibt aber sehr viel mehr schöne Ausflugsziele.”
