Nice Apartment in Playa Blanca with Barbecue, Garden and Terrace and Mountain View and Close to Beach

Sea views in a nice apartment located in fantastic situation. Tisalaya is a sea cost resort placed in the first line of the maritime walk, a few minutes to the Sports Port Marina Rubicón and to the Papagayo virgins beaches . The terrace with beautiful views to the castle of the Coloured ones and to Fuerteventura and Wolves islands is optimal for the relax.

Location description : Is 50 meters of natural beach Coloradas and breathtaking 500 m unspoilt beaches of Papagayo to which You can easily walk through the park Natural Ajaches or car. The apartment is in a residential quiet, ideal for relaxation but Walking along the promenade towards the west, you reach the new marina Marina Rubicon with its restaurants, cafes, swimming pools, paddle tennis, bowling, minigolf and various leisure centers and the famous market on Wednesdays. (Distance approximately 300 m). Walked along the promenade to the east is Vitanova the Spa Hotel Gran Castillo and Centro Comercial Las Coloradas. (Distance approximately 100 m). 30 meters is also stop bus that runs around Playa Blanca and as a supermarket.

    “Trotzdem empfehlenswert und wenn die Betten und die Elektrik noch verbessertw erden: TOP! Positiv: Schöne Lage und insgesamt schöne Wohnung. Negativ: Die Matrazen waren nicht gut. Das Doppelbett ist total laut und qietscht bei jeder Drehung.
    Entgegen der Information zur Ausstattung gab es kein WLAN. Die elktrische Abscherung von herd und Mikrowelle ist verbesserunsgbedürftig. Bei gleichzeitiger Nutzung SicherunsgaUSFALL”

    “Vor allem anderen konnten wir hier gut schlafen. Positiv: Die Nähe zum Meer. Ruhige Lage. Negativ: Das Dachfester im Badezimmer ist - wohl seit langer Zeit! - kaputt. Der Kühlschrank kühlt kaum. Der Balkon braucht ein Dach (sowie es bei den Nachbarn der Fall ist), denn ohne Dach ist er Vogeldreck ausgesetzt, was ihm ihren Reiz nimmt. Er war verdreckt, als wir ankamen. Es liegen keine Infos zur Benutzung des TVs vor; diese sind notwendig, weil mehrere Apparate verknüpft sind und auf mehrere Fernbedienungselemente antworten.”

    “schöne Lage, vernünftig ausgerüstet Positiv: gute Aussicht Negativ: WLAN nicht direkt in der Wohnung Ausflüge: Vulkanberg Timanfaya ist unbedingt sehenswert - 20 Minuten mit dem Auto ist der Nationalpark erreichbar. Bustour für 9 Euro ist sehr lohnenswert.”

    “The overall impression of the apartment was good. The bathroom needs a bit of work: poor pressure in the water shower, bad fittings and sharp tiles around the entrance to the shower. We also were bitten by mosquitos. People down bellow were loud, noisy and the smell of cigaretes got inside through the night as we had the windows opened to get air in. Positiv: The view from the terrace. It is ideal for having breakfast, dinner, read, write or even do yoga! Negativ: Noise late during the nights and smoking Beste Reisezeit: Spring, summer, autumn, winter - Any time will be enjoyble. Umgebung: Supermarket, market - Close to services Empfehlung: Couples - It is ideal for two couples with no kids. Restaurant: El bogabante - Tables right at the site of the water, very relaxing and great fish paella!! Ausflüge: Montana de Fuego - Volcanic craters”
