The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The cozy atmosphere, proximity to the beach, a large garden and the view of the Paklenica National Park make this property a perfect place for a relaxing stay. The access goes via a side road (asphalted, length 150 m). Parking lot (for 4 cars) on the property and the street in front of the house.
