Bright villa with two bedrooms and a cozy outdoor area with a heated private pool. The villa is located 300 meters above sea level on the golf course Salobre Golf overlooking the golf course and the mountains. It is the perfect location, just a few minutes drive from the beautiful golden sandy beaches of the south of the island.
The house
The two-storey villa has large glass fronts and modern furnishings. Upstairs is 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bathroom with shower. On the ground floor there is 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with bath and shower and 1 living room with dining area and kitchen.
The villa is fully equipped with electric hob, fridge freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, blender, washing machine, clothes dryer, iron, ironing board, cot, high chair, safe, air conditioning (hot / cold), internet, satellite TV , Smart TV and DVD player.
The outdoor area
The outdoor area invites you to relax. Outside there is a terrace, dining area, sun loungers, parasol, garden, parking, private pool, electric pool heating (extra charge) and solar pool heating (ideal bathing temperatures can not be guaranteed).
