The Space:
This spacious villa offers:

• Four comfortable bedrooms: Choose between double beds or twin beds for a restful night's sleep. All bedrooms are well-appointed with comfortable bedding and plenty of space.
• Three modern bathrooms: One bathroom features a luxurious bathtub, while the other two have showers. All bathrooms are spacious and include towels, bed linens, and a hairdryer for your convenience.
• Open-concept living area: The kitchen, dining area, and living room flow seamlessly together, creating a spacious and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, washing machine, and oven.
• Outdoor paradise: The villa's highlight is the expansive chill-out area with a private pool, backyard, and covered dining space for eight. Relax on the sun loungers, enjoy a barbecue, or play a game of ping pong in the backyard.

Guest Access:
We'll meet you at check-in to give you a tour and answer any questions. We're available 24/7 via messaging for your convenience. Your stay includes final cleaning, bath towels, bed linens, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and private parking.

· There’s a mandatory tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax in cash on the day of arrival. The amount varies between 0.55/night and guest during the low season and 2.2/night and guest during the high season.
