The building is in a top location, separated from the beach only by a zebra crossing. Experience an enjoyable stay in a pleasant atmosphere, with excellent service and a central location.

The apartment house offers six light and comfortable apartments, each with its own bathroom, mostly with air conditioning, Wi-Fi and satellite TV. The owners look forward to welcoming you and invite you to take a look at their wide-ranging offer.

The house has a shared washing machine for use free of charge. Bed linen and towels are included in the rental price. Use the free Wi-Fi with a range as far as the beach. Children’s beds and highchairs can also be used free of charge. Please indicate this on your booking.

The beach is right in front of the house. It is 5-10 minutes on foot into the centre along the beach or the road. There are two very large shopping centres, a local fresh produce market with vegetables, meat and fish, as well as restaurants and cafes. If you walk out of town, you reach the restaurant Martina right by a cliff with a beautiful view. Senj is an old and well-preserved coastal town on the Adriatic. The historical old town and the Nehaj fortification characterize the appearance of the region. In summer, this beautiful town is however not overrun by tourism and offers free parking, good restaurants with local cuisine and very hospitable locals.

You can enjoy a beautiful view into the distance from your large furnished terrace.

The holiday apartment of around 55m² is on the first floor. Two separate bedrooms provide all guests with ample space to retreat. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the second with a sofa bed and a bunk bed (Proteas Twinny suitable for children and teenagers). The large living and dining room forms the heart of the apartment. You can dine and plan activities together at the big dining table. A sofa bed and satellite TV invite you to relax. The kitchen unit is equipped with all the necessary utensils for self-catering, a fridge with freezer compartment, a coffee machine, toaster, kettle and a two-ring hob. A Mitsubishi air conditioning unit was installed in the living room in 2016. A shower room with a WC rounds off the amenities.
