Tenuta lies on the gentle hills which face the valley separating Valdarno, Valdichiana and Valdambra at the same distance from Florence, Siena and Arezzo. The farm on the grounds has for years been producing extra virgin olive oil, giving maximum attention to biological cultivation techniques.
Six old farmhouses named Casale La Valle, Casale Presciano, Casale Il Giglio, Casale il Loggiato Cottage il Noce and Poggio alle Case, located on the land of the Estate La Pieve have been charmingly restored.
The nearest village is Pieve a Presciano, about 400 mts away from both properties, guests can find a grocery, a butcher shop and a bakery.
CASALE LA VALLE
It consists of 6 apartment (Margherita, Violetta, Lilla, Gelsomino, Ciclamino and Primula) each with private space outside equipped with table and chairs for dining out. Laundry at the guest's disposal (tokens to buy at the Reception) Barbecue.
The swimming pool is on two levels (12 x 6 m - prof. 1.20 - 2.50), seasonal opening. Each apartment has got telephone and satellite tv.
App. CICLAMINO: Sleeps 4 + 2 - sqm 85. On two floors. Independent stone house with spacious covered terrace furnished with table and chairs . Large living room, kitchen (oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and cooker) and toilette. First floor with double room, twin bedded room (with bunk beds), one bathroom with shower.
Double sofa bed available in the living-room.
The prices include the use of the apartment with domestic appliances, water, gas, electricity, linen changed weekly, the use of the swimming-pool (seasonal opening) Wi-fi internet connection available for free.
