The 80 m² holiday flat is located on the third floor of a five storey residential building in an enclosed housing complex only a stone's throw from the coast, the harbour and the station in Sant Andreu de Llavaneres. The house was last renovated in 2015 and can accommodate up to six people.
The balcony can be accessed from the living room. The balcony is furnished with a table and chairs and an awning and offers views of the mountains. The complex has two community pools - one for adults and one for children. Communally used ping pong tables, a playground and a mini golf course are also at your disposal. There is a 24/7 security service. Private parking is also available.
The flat offers three bedrooms: one is furnished with a double bed (1.50 m x 2.00 m), the second one with a double bed (1.35 m x 1.90 m each) and the third bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed (0.90 m each). The bright kitchen is equipped with a stove, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee maker. In an adjacent utility room you will find a washing machine and an iron. The living room offers a dining table and six chairs, a sofa, a flat screen television and a ceiling fan. Wireless internet access is available free of charge. A washing machine is available, as well. A small dog is permitted.

It is 100 meters to restaurants and 1 km to the town centre of Sant Andreu de Llavaneres. The apartment is ideal for a beach holiday and a visit to Barcelona and you can go fishing.
