Quietly located holiday apartments with a shared garden

These holiday apartments are located in Pella (Alzo district), on the western shore of Lake Orta in the Piedmont region. The apartments are part of a quietly located, historic building that was recently renovated. The building is on a street with little traffic and is surrounded by parks and villas.

All apartments have free Internet access.

Outside there is a furnished garden with a barbecue, and a private car parking space is available. There is also a storage room for bicycles.

Near the holiday apartments you can find a grocery shop, a pharmacy and a bank. A few hundred metres away there are various sports options (tennis, indoor football). The lake in San Filiberto is just a few minutes’ walk away.

Holiday apartment with two bedrooms

The holiday apartment is very light and offers a great view. It consists of a living room-kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. The big bedroom has a double bed (160 x 190cm) and an armchair bed (80 x 200cm). The small bedroom has a bunk bed for two (each 80 x 190cm). Two further people can sleep on the sofa bed (140 x 200cm) in the living room. The same room also has a kitchen unit and dining space. All the rooms have heating.



The apartment has its own balcony (3 x 1.1m), with a little table and two chairs. From here you can enjoy a lovely view of the lake.

    “Die Ansprechpartner vor Ort waren gut telefonisch zu erreichen und haben sich sehr gut um alles gekümmert. In der Küche fehlen noch ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Blick auf den See ist vom Balkon der Wohnung, die sich im 2. Stock befindet möglich. Allerdings werden die Bäume im Garten des Nachbarhauses immer größer. Unsere Kinder fanden die Fahrräder vor Ort praktisch.in etwa 5 Minuten”

    “Die Ferienwohnung ist in einem guten Zustand und liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Bad ist in einem Top Zustand. Die Räume sind großzügig und hell. Der Blick vom Schlafzimmer auf den See ist traumhaft.

    Wir haben hier wunderbare, erholsame Tage in einer fantastischen Umgebung verbracht. Die tolle Ferienwohnung hat dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns so wohlgefühlt haben. An unserem Ankunftstag waren alle Gäste zu einem Aperitif mit regionalen Spezialitäten und Wein eingeladen. Ein toller Start in den Urlaub! Die Familie, die die Ferienwohnungen vermietet, ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und kann telefonisch gut erreicht werden.”
